Give us tool for report leavers

Hello,

if i start 10 games, 8 of them will be with immediatly leavers at begins of games.

This make multyplayer unplayable.

Give us a tool for report leavers, make a penality for people who leaves when game starts, or give us the chance to SKIP those leavers on matchmaking.

do something blizzard, this game it’s suffering and you still not doing nothing for people who still play your broken games.
