Mostly yes, but im still getting these mini screen freezes almost everytime I start building a building and when the building completes. This only happens in reforged graphics, but its worth mentioning.
Edit: I realised its not as bad as I made it look, but it still happens often.

Alright boys and girls, listen up.
The following is a workaround for me. I have a laptop with Windows 8.1 and NVIDIA. I only use one screen.
Not exactly desirable but it works for me.
This alone is enough for me to be honest, but doing this is not recommended since your computer uses intel GPU for various purposes and it has to use your nvidia gpu instead.
so looks like blizzard activision is ignoring us all.

Yea i still got the issue… I did everything to try to fix it but nothing happened. I easily got 200+ fps ingame but on the menu i got like 10~15 fps

i could fix it manually by disable and re enable my integrated graphics card, but i need to do everything again after i relog and it would be pain in the *ss

I BOUGHT NEW ALIENWARE M17 R4 just to play WARCRAFT 3 REFORGE. BUT
the performance is TERRIBLE. menu constantly lagging
the game play sometimes lag spike as game is not optimized. the shadow setting causing FPS drop. the game is totally unplayable in competitive mode. i am often disadvantage. i really have no idea if BLIZZARD , the NEW BLIZZARD management team going to do anything about this to fix and optimize the game. i have been waiting for so long for blizzard to fix. but it seems this game is totally ignore. i hope blizzard fix this issue.

Still having this issue. I disable my integrated card and it makes the game itself unplayable. For some reason when I disable it and make everything run on GPU the menu, in-game fps and mouse is terrible. However when I enable the integrated card the menu still lags, but my mouse is fine and in-game FPS is smooth. WTF is happening here blizz? I’ve been having this issue for soooooo long now.
that is likely caused by how the gpus is rigged. though i do not know for sure if you are playing on a laptop or on a desktop. if you are playing on a laptop, the integrated gpu is required for the dedicated one to work so, if you disable the integrated gpu, the game runs on an emulated gpu, which is very slow.
The facts are as follows: these days Blizzard can’t make a MENU work properly. XD
the problem is only on certain setups. you should post it in the bug forum with your hardware configuration included in the post.
