It’s no secret that Blizzard screwed up with the release of WC3 “Refunded”, most likely this mode should not be expected from them. To do this, we, mapmakers, we serve faithfully in the “World Editor” and sincerely believe that Reforged will be exactly the remake that we are waiting for…
I am already developing a similar project. I have many high-quality ideas for the development of the project, which I translate into reality. Surely you also have many ideas, I would like the language barrier not to prevent us from cooperating together.
My difference from the mode from SC2 is the replacement of the global leveling of the character with a talent system in the game match.
I have already mastered the new World Editor features, such as frames (game windows with a choice of a hero and talents). At the moment, I have already created a test version of Hellscream Grommash [Chieftain of the Warsong Clan] on the “Stone Cairn Lake” map (based on the location from WoW in Elwynn Forest).
I sincerely believe that I am creating something innovative and fresh for the good old WarCraft3.

Would like to see it happen, but this is Activision Blizzard. They decided to let 3rd parties revamp their game. Did you notice that the menu was changed from a 3d unit to a 2nd unit. They did not even change the way the menus pop up. This is a very sad revamp of a game.
I will never pre-order a game from Blizzard again. I will just wait till the game is worth playing, which will be about a year.
They will leave this to custom mapmakers.
