When i open the game it says “there was an error in handling the request”
i can only either exit the game or go to Options, “play offline” is greyed out.
Log in menu pops after a while but i can’t really log in, cause it only says “error…” each and every time.
Restarting my pc did not fix the problem.

Try exiting out of the program completely. Sign back in, and it might work. It did for me.

I’ll go ahead and leave this here for those who aren’t watching my topic. Both me and a friend were able to fix the issue by reinstalling the game. Worth a shot if you haven’t tried that yet.

That error (“There was an error in handling the request”) is usually associated with either 1) a missing Reforged game license, or 2) a missing Classic game key.
If you have not purchased Reforged and are trying to play the Classic mode only, you need to have an original RoC game key linked to your Battlenet account. (A TFT game key will not work.)
