Brainstorming: fixing instability issues

Making a new thread since I can’t reply to the last one. (no, no one has locked it, just can’t reply to own threads yet. But that’s another topic)

Focusing on integrated graphics.
Hey you, Kaivax

From what I can tell you have a good implementation of handling load spikes on the external graphics cards, That does however not appears to be the case with integrated ones. Maybe it should be the same, settings/configuration.
atm it’s being 100% utilized. https:// imgur . com/a/Kh84W6G
Leaving no room for spikes, eg navigating the menu https:// imgur . com/a/roresXL

Direct X 9 solves any issues with this, but since it’s being actively blocked we can’t use it as a solution.

Moving on.

When having both integrated graphics and external ones on at the same time, the game appears to be abundantly confused about what to use. https:// imgur. com /a/H0WWRWt
Although we can see that integrated graphics is never being used when having an external one it appears to continuously try to apply conditions as they were an integrated one.

Onboard graphics are always on by default - but turning it off, will fix the menu lag. It shouldn’t be adjusted at our end. That being said - fixing this should resolve any menu lag for Mac OS aswell.

I hope I make somewhat sense, regardless of my knowledge being limited as an armchair developer, heh

Edit: Most laptops are dependent on the onboard graphics for video output since it’s the only way to push a signal to the monitor.
