Patch 2.0.1.22498 - Low FPS/stuttering (+ workarounds) Technical Support

Problem description: Before the update everything was alright, but after the update my FPS become unstable, I used to play with 200 - 300, and now when I reach some areas the FPS goes to 30, 40, 50…it’s definitely broken.
