Subtitle & Voice Overs problem (again?)

I would like to ask if it is possible to set the language in Traditional Chinese subtitle and unit voice over in campaign to be English or Japanese?

I read this but not sure if I understand it correctly. Is it no way to config it like this?
(Eng audio, polish subtitles)

Is it possible to done it by modifying the game files? (Blizzard\StarCraft\x86\cef\locales?? or somewhere?). If it is possible, could you please teach us? Thanks a lot!

Ahhh, I’m also looking for solution to this problem. However I cannot find any.
You can check “original unit voice overs” and “original 1998 campaigns” under settings. But that’s not an ideal solution. We don’t have to buy SC:R for the original voices + campaigns.
In other Blizzard games like SC2 or WoW, you can set “Spoken Language” & “Text Language” to be different, but it seems in SC:R, they can only be the same.
Hope Blizzard will fix this problem.
