This seems to also happen with the Single Player icon in the opening menu.

If you think so what if that a global bug then no need to fix?

This is a known issue for non-HD graphics. If you enable HD (Remastered) Graphics, it shouldn’t be off set anymore. Our team is aware and still looking into this.
