I cannot find Map Editor

I just bought the game a couple of days ago. Fortunately, some old maps from when I own the game on CDs still work but I cannot find the editor. Can someone help?

So Blizzard doesn’t have a major component of the game with it anymore? Why? They are responding to me on support ticket.

Is the outside editor virus-proof?

Just kind of odd because the map editor was a major part of the game.

As long as you get it from the source (URL is above), it will be safe to use. Bliz has even endorsed it as a replacement to original one.

Plus in that endorsement post, Bliz provides a link to the last official version of the original Staredit. Just make note of their declaimer:
