Graphical Issues with Radeon Graphics on MacOS Catalina

When I am in game, graphic starts crack and lag.
This problem is disappeared when I use window mode or exterior monitor(extended monitor). It is also okay when I use macbook screen while exterior monitor is connected to my computer.
It only happened when I used only macbook with full screen mode (disconnecting exterior monitor) .

My macbook pro is 2019 model 15 inch.

Having this exact same issue on a 2018 I9 MacBook Pro with 32GB ram. Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB running on discrete graphics.

Thanks for your reports! We are seeing this consistent with Radeon graphics, possibly after Catalina with a driver update. Could the following be provided or confirmed:

  • MacOS Version
  • Graphics card
Note: Please check for switchable graphics if it shows Intel.

This is not supported and doing so is with your own discretion, but using third party software can disable the discrete (Radeon) Graphics to force the Intel graphics to see if this may help. We were not able to replicate this with Intel and Nvidia graphics.

Same problem. OSX Catalina 10.15.1

Our team is aware of this impacting StarCraft, StarCraft II, and Heroes of the Storm. We’ve seen this predominately happening on Catalina which may need a driver update from Apple. Our team is communicating and working on the graphical issues on Catalina. Thanks for your continued reports!
