Same problem here, cannot connect to bnet server.
Errror message, Download Failed. in first screen.
When continue to the gateway, it will tell no accounts been coupled to the gateway.
Creating of new accounts is not possible.

receiving error code 3:13 cannot create an account to play online i already updated drivers and restarted pc with modem anyone else having this issue? if u are how did u fix it?
