Points in Zagara power set 2 has been entirely redirected to power set 3, i.e. power set 1 has 30 points to allocate, power set 2 has 0, power set 3 has 60.
this is a known bug [5.0.3] Zagara Mastery Allocation Bug. it’ll get by the next patch, considering it’s on Blizzard’s Known issues list in Bug Reports
