yeah this bug has been around for a month or so.
Blizzard knows about it, we just have to sit tight.
Yes i can confirm this bug. I have the same problem and my Mastery lvl is at 173 but i can spent just points in the tier 2 or tier 3 mastery table. Rest of my points getting removed. plz fix this. I didnt try it on other commanders if that would be a general problem.
Blizzard know it for a month and still remain no action.
