The “Baneling Attack Damage” from Power Set 3 takes points from Power Set 2 instead of 3 for Zagara’s customization.
yup, thats a well known issue. you can also spend points from one teir, on the other as well.
Also the first two upgrades for Zagara are worthless if going the Scourge Queen route. Each prestige archtype should get its own mastery upgrade page tailored to that prestige. Since we are putting in the time to get there, extra bonus’ would be fantastic.
