Yes, it may be because I quit the game when I saw the level is 90 (as in I won’t get any XP for the match), but what do I do about it now?

How long should we wait? I’ve rebooted, tried other PCs and Macs, and still, same problem … I opened a case with Blizzard…

eh just wait for 2~3 minutes, it’s not that long.

Load up campaign and quit. That usually works. If not, wait up to 5 minutes and it’ll fix itself.
