That’s just the thing, Storm while great isn’t THAT strong because it’s DoT ina specific area with no overlap.
It’s good but it’s not so good that it justifies all this insanity going on.
What’s actually going is the balance council is trying to balance Protoss around low leagues and Zerg/Terran around pro play.
Which is just all sorts of stupid and is why Protoss has little to no representation in the pro scene which snowballs the bias of the balance council harder than ever and eventually results in completely out of touch patches like this one.
Honestly, they just need an adult to keep them in line. The pros aren’t all wrong or crazy or bad actors but they clearly need an official who keeps their bad habit of “rules for thee, not for me” in check because they are blatantly incapable of self moderation. Like, at all. It’s scary how they ever ended up in a position where they were making balance patches. That was a stupid idea.
That’s not balance, that’s design. There’s overlap but they’re not the same.
