Why has scan + speCial been casting with arty?
I love special, he is going great job, scan… not so much.
But where the heck is tasteless? Did he quit?

It’s good for the GSL to have new talent honestly. I hope they phase out Tastosis. Artosis is just an anti-zerg balance whiner at this point IMO. He cried and cried about how adept builds don’t work as the protoss actively destroyed the zerg with adept builds. He did the same flipping thing with hellbats builds. As he casts PvZ, there is active bias in his cast. In Classic vs Ragnorak, the zerg had a very good reason to try to slow push with spores into Classics’s base. But Arty just kept saying “Why does he need to attack HERE?”. Then Classic does the same thing (attacks a fringe zerg base) and it magically becomes something to the affect of “This is great! Any value you can get here is amazing!”. So yeah two different spins on very similar fact patterns indicates a huge amount of bias.
Frankly I think Artosis is largely to blame for the current state of Zerg and the game in general. Zerg has been nerfed into oblivion and the vast majority of SC2 normies are convinced Zerg is still OP because casters say insane things like “adept builds never work!”.

i guess someone doesn’t follow him on twitch, but cares in other factions… if you cared about him just a tiny bit more you’d already know.
By the way it was freaking hilarious when he compared late game f2 deathball PvZ to chess. Talk about an insult to chess!
Apetoss f2’s his army, aclicks it forward to hit spores but right clicks on vipers instead if they are in range. Occasionally you have to cast revelation with an oracle. That’s it. That’s what he compared to chess. The only conclusion I can draw from that is that he doesn’t understand either SC2 nor chess in the slightest.
I think Artosis is just clueless and has an ego about it. It’s more a pro Protoss bias probably to cope with how he can’t break diamond with the race. He’s the one that started the “Protoss has never won a GSL” meme AFAIK.

Artosis plays more ScBW than Sc2, right?
When are you going to link your chess games batz? Pretty sure it was either Artosis or Tasteless that streamed chess for a bit at like 1500ish.
Artosis does not play sc2 as far I know, and I’m not sure he plays BW,apaprwntly he only suffers BW, to play a game you need to at least enjoy your time and he looks miserable all the time, I don’t know if its all a part of the meme or if his relationship with BW is really toxic

I don’t believe that for a split second. Nice try. This guy compared f2 skytoss deathballs to chess. That’s such an incredibly ignorant comparison which, combined with his terrible game analysis (“Hellbat allins NEVER work!” as a hellbat allin works), has convinced me he has pretty average IQ, maybe a few points on the low side.
He makes that comparison a lot and it’s only when the map is completely mined out. The duo has the same phrases every cast that a drinking game would be impossible. The amount of times tasteless talks about a race breaking out of a map quadrant is too damn high.

Yeah they aren’t innovating and coming up with new material that’s for sure. I always thought their game analysis was bad but at least they could make some good jokes. Unfortunately Arty is just a balance whiner at this point. He doesn’t outright say it but the way he casts is so incredibly biased. I think he hates SC2 as a whole and greatly prefers BW. Special really contrasted against him - incredible game knowledge, new jokes, clearly passionate about the game as he says things like “oh this is so annoying for the terran player” as the queens fly around in an overlord to plant creep everywhere.
I would love to see a PartinG and Special dual cast. It would be amazing. It blows my mind that Artosis in particular is still the primary caster for the GSL.

the only reason artosis and tasteless haven’t been sacked, is that the people hiring them don’t understand english and have no idea what they’re actually saying…
