Not at all. I actually Said the Same as the Definition. Someone who is Not concerned about the Game. Not concerned about the Ranks. Someone who doesnt Care. He wont improve much doesnt Matter how much He plays. I also Said that Casual Players might Not Play as much.

Nope. Maybe try to understand my words First before you brabble nonsense and Twist my words. I am saying: dont use avg mmr because the Race Selection is Not random. Further i am saying you Just use the average mmr to cope the fact that terran leads every League. The average mmr is lower because we have nearly 50% terrans in lower leagues.
