Those two are important in where a quite a few units do bonus damage to them (e.g. vs. Armored… Marauder, Immortal; or vs. Light… Mirage). Without that, you’re just doing the base damage which isn’t useless, but it does lower the dps and something I should’ve been aware of. Do we have a list of these? Off the top of my head…
VL shuttles - Mechanical, Massive, Heroic, [Untransportable]
P&P “hybrid boss” - Heroic
Phoenix, Hellion, vulture, banshee are the ones that come to mind.

Both those are key since quite a few attacks grant bonus damage towards either of those.
Ghosts, archons, and ravagers? that’s the classic trivial question.
And I’m sure all hybrids are armoured with the exception of the aforementioned Moebius and also Dominators from non-LotV appearances if that counts.
Archons and banelings I believe are neither light or armoured.
