I have set the duration to 20 second. to 9999 seconds.
Suffice to say that the heroe’s power coupled with mastery yielded incredible synergy. While tough heroes like Taldarin, Warbringer and Clorarion has little to no worry of being destroyed, Kaldalis, Talis and Mojo spammed their attack like there is no Tommorrow.
Personally, I felt Avenging protocol feel too short and consumed quite a number of resources (not for Zealots, Adepts and scouts but definitely for more expensive units). But then again, this has high synergy with Kaldalis, Talis and Mojo.
I also wanted to see what will happen, and the result was:
Fenix will gain Over the Top pushing power.
Oh and about their attack speeds.
Kaldalis Move.S = 6 Attack.S = 0.22
Talis Move.S = 5.5 Attack.S = 0.62
Taldarin Move.S = 4.88 Attack.S = 0.38
Warbringer Move.S = 4.38 Attack.S = 0.51
Mojo Move.S = 6.12 Attack.S = 0.32 (Air) 0.43 (Ground)
Clolarion Move.S = 4.28 Attack.S = 0.12 (Laser) 0.77 (Intercepters/Interceders)
I have uploaded the video.

Yup. Uh huh. I totally see nothing wrong or broken about a permanent speed boost. Nope. Totally fair and reasonable.

Man i love Fenix, but this would make him easier to play than Zeratul. crap out Kaldalis, and all your problems are over.
Most of your example shows the heros without the benefits of Tactical Data Web. I’ll admit to stopping it after a minute, but i can’t imagine the absurd power they wield with those buffs in place.
Maybe instead we buff Fenix’s gas collection just a little bit. Say, Operational Efficiency now grants +1 gas to every 3rd vespene container gathered from a given assimilator. Not a huge jump, just enough to make his high-tier army building a bit faster.
That would be fine if you lowered the amount accrued. Instead of 10% per regular unit and 50% per heroic, put it down as 5% and 10% respectfully.
Yeah… This is what if scenario, enough sarcasm…

If you think sarcasm isn’t the thing you deserve in this case, what I can suggest is to try out the infamous Kaldalis solo build on VT. Perhaps after that, you can see how absurdly powerful Avenging Protocol is.
Alright, suggestions time-
For the first time I suggest nothing should be changed. Because in my opinion, Avenging Protocol and Fenix as a commander itself are actually doing just fine.
Could I see this in action? Is there any video of it?
Anyway @dehakaburger I think avenging protocol need not be extended - part of the charm of fenix is that he has massive staying power. Keeping his champions with attack speed boost mastery, and consistently replacing the units he loses makes them nigh unstoppable as most like the champions will be tanking and dealing the damage. Plus, any units which die contribute to it, making his army stronger the more dire the situation. And his champions will always be in the battlefield as long as a suit is available
Good attempts at editing though, looking forward to more tests!
I suppose I answered my own question, Kaldais, Talis and Mojo have great efficiency because of their synergy with Avenging Protocol.
I only build Kaldalis because I usually use Carrier Builds or Heavy Mechs. OK fine.

.
Or do you wanted to see the playthrough of this all the way?
I wanted see how powerful the 6 heroes will become if they get permenant Avenging Protocol. While very powerful it’s a game changer. Ok 20 sec can stay.
I could see it being buffed to 30 secs, maybe even 1 min (scaling with the tier of the unit). But Carriers currently don’t get much of a benefit from Avenging Protocol because they are already great. And the Immortal / Colossi were super buffed; they are actually super viable comps now, people just prefer the other builds because mobility tends to be more useful than durability in Co-Op and because the air dmg is limited to Colossi hero and it’s on a CD.
However; Fenix is a very good commander after his MASSIVE list of buffs.
Maybe, buff Alarak/Stukov to bring them on par before we give the viable commanders more stuff?
Or maybe even just buff the least used units on other commanders like battle carrier lords, primal igniters, or anything non-Dragoon from Artanis, etc.
IDK, if Fenix really needed a buff it should be targeted specifically to Immortals / Colossi. For example:
a) Maybe just allow Immortals to hit air and that would be enough to make mech Fenix more of a staple build.
b) Maybe lower the CD of Colossus hero’s special attack from starting at 10 minimum 5 sec, to starting at 5 sec minimum 1 sec.
c) Maybe add Hardened Shields passive (on top of the Barrier) to make the perfect answer to ground mech.
d) Give Disruptors some sort of ‘defender mode’ (autocast, but can’t move) to make them Fenix’s standard ‘static defense.’ I had forgotten this unit existed… I guess if we are gonna buff anything of his, this is definitely it.
But, overall, I think Fenix’s fine (outside of Disruptors, which no one uses).
Avenging protocol is a nice little flavor bonus. The core of the army is what makes Fenix good.

Warn you- is a Chinese video.
He appears to be using:
For me personally, I found Fenix attack speed mastery is suitable in this particular build, especially when the enemy comp is unfortunately air.
TL;DR sheer power of AP.
PS: the orange subtitle is how much Kaldalis he used.
It will not be answered until you realize the impact of Taldarin, Warbringer, Mojo, and Clolarion’s champion passive when combined with AP.
That is also the reason why I intend to left AP untouched.
If you want to keep it as permanent bonus then a reduction in bonus power is needed.
Instead of 10% for a destroyed unit and 50% if the Champion is destroyed.
Turn it into
Gain additional speed equal 1% for each supply lost. Champion lost give x2 bonus. Max at 120%
As the saying goes: “If it ain’t broke…”
I can understand Chinese so it’s no problem
I personally always go for champion attack speed haha
