PTR stands for Public Test Realm.
It should be noted that the patch applied to the PTR was subsequently applied to the live game a week later.

PTR basically stands for ‘Pull To Refresh’ .
(However, I dont know what does that mean…)
If context sensitive, then I would assume it means same as Miro said earlier on this thread.
(However I have no idea what does it mean to have public test real patched).
