I can only think of two:
12 pool and cannon rush.

From liquipedia:
Cheese most often refers to an unexpected strategy that relies in large parts on lack of information and/or psychological impact on the opponent. Cheese build orders typically revolve around an early attack that, if undetected, is more difficult to defend than execute.
But players will not always cheese for an outright win. In certain scenarios, cheese can be used to either force a low-econ game or to gain an early advantage. The unbalanced nature of cheese usually serve to make decision making on the defending side more fatal. Thus, the cheesing player is given a chance to come back from an otherwise lost game or the possibility to outwit a stronger opponent. A common form in practice is to neglect a long term viable economy to be able to produce a couple of extra units for attack.
Cheese is usually characterized by its strategic fragility. The cheesing player is making a wager that the defending player will have some sort of oversight in his build

As you can see, the definition is more complex than many people think, you can see people arguing about when a strat is a cheeser or not because they think cheeses are only those really early game all in strats.
I would say anything where if it fails and or doesn’t do critical damage will result in you being so far behind in the game that you might as well leave would be considered a cheese. So things like: 12 pool, cannon rush, proxy 4/3 rax, proxy marad, proxy 4 gate, proxy 2 gate + forge, proxy void, proxy hatch, 1 base roach rav, ect ect ect. There are many builds. But often (not always) they are on just 1 base and very very minimal workers.
Basically any Proxy will be considered a cheese.
Pretty much any form of 1-2 base play that involves doing some cheeky non-meta crap to take a win.
You have your classic 1 base examples:
Cannon rush
12 pool
Proxy rax
You have some 2 base options as well:
DT proxy
Starport proxy
Zerg proxying a hatch in your natural
Cheese is basically a term coined by newbies in the community.
Just means you lost to something and that player is 100X your skill.
Anything that’s not a macro game is cheese.
basically a strat that requires 0 skill and involves going for an all in of some kind. i would class charge all ins and roach all ins as cheese as well.
toss does watever they want
