No, they don’t have a better anticheat system. Creating a good cheat software, updating it, takes a skill. No one would create a good cheat software for indie-game with small community, as it will generate almost no profit.
The best “anti-cheat” is full server sided game. Such as Hearthstone. All the calculations are being made on the server and the player has no way to manipulate it in any way. (There are some people, who can manage even that, but it is really hard and can be detected). In terms of sc2, or any other strategy, shooter in real time, full server sided client is not possible, as it will create a huge lag.

then just a question. If you were to guess, what percentage of the SC2 playerbase uses cheats in multiplayer?
It is really hard to tell if gold guy has a cheats or not, because he does bu#!%$it anyway. So most of the cheaters are in masters or grand masters. They are 4% of the playerbase, so I would assume that 10% of them are cheaters + some guys in diamond and below, so I would go with 2-4%.

Okay. Well I will just try to make the best out of the current state of SC2. I still find team games fun despite this occasionally annoyance.
It makes sense to play team games with random teammates only if you want to have a masters border. In any other case, it is wise to find discord community and play with premade team.

Again do you realize how old this game is. Whens the last time it got new content. In the last 5 updates there has only been one bug fix and the rest were for new maps for 1v1. There hasnt been new skins for a long time. No new commanders on coop, no new expansions, and to top it off blizzard as a company was sold to microsoft. Over watch is something completely different to starcraft and is fairly new compared to it. Right now your comparing apples to oranges and hoping you get mangos from the comparison.
World of warcraft is even older than this game and it gets updates.
Because it still has an online few times higher than the whole sc2 player base and people still pay every month.
Again your comparing apples to oranges and expecting mangos
The majority of worker rushes I have had to deal with so far were executed by my ally. I like to just treat them as an enemy at that point and will normally be neutral to the other team. When allies kill my units mid game they are usually frustrated and chances of winning that game is small but sometimes you could even kill them off and win. Overall if you treat them as hostile I think it is more detrimental towards whatever their plans may be.

You can take out the ability to target your team mate all day long, but you can’t prevent him from killing his own workers, or killing his own buildings, or prevent him from doing troll builds that hold no substance from the game.
IMO TK’ing just saves you time from morons.
