Viability of Infantry in Terran campaign

Hi guys!

I love the Starcraft 2 campaign, and play it fully every once in a while. I was wondering if it’s viable to do Terran campaign with infantry units. If so, can someone please tell me the unit composition and what stuffs to pursue. I am guessing fully upgraded Marine and fully upgraded Medic are a good pairing, but do I need to mix in Marauders and Firebats?

Or is this whole thing not viable due to stuff like tanks and Battlecruisers being too much more powerful?

well most of the campaign your stuck using the units it makes you use, so theres that. after all the units are unlocked yes mmm is usually a good comp for pretty much anything if you know how to macro your units.
