I would have following suggestion for the bunker: Bunker can upgrade to a bunker with a turret on top. This upgrade can be made for each bunker individually and costs 100 minerals. Requires armory. Would help Terran since it doesnt have a static defence building and doesnt cost supply besides a PF.

I would love this idea. Zerg and Protoss can just put down some Spines or cannons are super fine defensivly. Terran also needs such an option.
As a toss player i have to disagree. It’s true that both toss and zerg can have instant defense with their buildings, but one full bunker can outdo 3 or 4 cannons or spines. Not to mention that they can be placed anywhere, and their dps can be customized based on what you’re facing. zerg and toss have no options, but bunkers give plenty of flexibility; bunkers aren’t supposed to be a copy of a cannon or a spine, but a unique element. I think a turret powerful enough to be relevant would erase the unique aspect of a bunker, and overpower it when the bunker is fully manned.
TL;DR: please don’t break non-parallel balance, bunkers are the strongest and most customize-able defense when manned.
