Hello - I hope everyone is doing well. My unranked MMR on my primary NA server account has been stuck at the lowest MMR for dozens of games, with queue times of approximately 6 minutes. I have not lost an unranked game and wish to use unranked to practice. Is anyone else on NA experiencing this bug?

I just discovered this bug recently in multiplayer games. It looks like if you have a low 1v1 Ranked MMR then you’ll get matched with that same level in multiplayer. Unranked is now useless for practicing new builds because the rank is way off (everything works against bronze players)
Blizzard: Is this ever going to get fixed?
