I can’t launch co-op mode.
The portraits don’t show up, all the characters are lvl0, can’t choose a map, and the ready button is inactive.
I never played the game before, tried reinstalling it, but nothing helps.
If I log in from a different computer all seems fine.
What could be the root of the problem, and how do I solve it?
