Basic Outlaw cooldown is 4 minutes.
P1 increases it 50%, makes it 6 minutes.
Mastery can decrease it up to 90 seconds.
Actual Outlaw CD in game if I put different amount of points to the mastery
0 points (0 seconds) - 6 minutes.
10p (30s) - 5m 20s
20p (60s) - 4m 40s
30p (90s) - 4m
How does it work and why?
If it applied P1 debuff first and mastery after that it should be
10p - 5m 30s
20p - 5m
30p - 4m 30s
If it applied mastery first and P1 debuff after that it should be
10p - 5m 15s
20p - 4m 30s
30p - 3m 45s
Actual numbers don’t match any of those.
Is it some kind of bug? Maybe I took wrong numbers or miscalculated somewhere?
Assuming your numbers are correct, I agree there’s some obvious discrepancy. Although, that extra few seconds seem rather minimal. Definitely interested in knowing the exact details.
It’s not a glitch per se, but rather an undocumented effect. Tychus’ prestige increases the unlock duration timer (game’s name for the spawn timer) by 120 seconds from 240 seconds default, but it also decreases the unlock duration timer by 1 second per mastery. So the mastery now gives you -4 seconds per point.
10 points is 360 - 410 = 320 (5:20)
20 points is 360 - 420 = 280 (4:40)
30 points is 360 - 4*30 = 240 (4:00)
I guess the glitch here is that the prestige doesn’t increase the display dummy for the mastery.
