Here is how I modified each Prestige (Kerrigan prestige 1 has my dislike).
H&H: Prestige 3: Galactic Gunrunners
Compared to Mengsk’s Toxic emperor Galactic Gunrunner doesn’t provide much power and the cost is too high to be useful, except for specific situations.

Changed Advantage
- Striker Platform can be built without limit
- Cost remains the same 100/100
- Napalm Payload can be stacked by 5 times (500 in 10 sec)
- Invincibility (The enemy can still target the fighters though)
Changed Disadvantage
- Mag Mines are disabled
- Calldown in the Fleet is disabled
- Space Station Reallocation is disabled
Nova: Prestige 2: Tactical Dispatcher
This is more like a QoL than an actual prestige. While this prestige is actually not that bad however it’s compensation is inadequate with the absence of Griffin Air Strike.
If this is going to remain then I say its performance should be vastly superior than it is now.

Additional advantages:
- Griffin doesn’t need vision to transport units
- Griffin creates powerful shockwave that disables enemy units/building for 5 seconds (2 seconds for heroes)
Additional disadvantages:
- Griffin no longer carry allies
Swann: Prestige 1: Heavy Weapon Specialist
The idea itself is OK, but its performance is abyssmal.
(Why not change the name into: Power of the Sun?)

Improved Advantage
- Drill can now benefit from Weapon Upgrade (Max. 50 to 65)(Actually “towers” should be applied in default for Swann and Karax)).
- Drill’s radius corresponds with Swann’s 3.2 Draken Laser Drill Mastery 1.5 to 2.175 radius
- Drill’s lock-on time is reduced by 50%.
Abathur: Prestige 3 Limitless
For Abathur P3, I agree with KirikkitOne’s solution
I don’t know about healing 7hp/per sec out of combat though.
