Its breaking the EULA about donating stuff…
On his discord he is selling items for a huge amount of money you can donate for and recieve ingame…
But this doesnt end there
Regarding those donated items, he have added so called " secret events" for them, but what he have done is not to specificy where or how to get them, it just for example says “obtained from a powerful boss” yeah but which? On top of this, he have lowered the droprate on those to the lowest amount possible you can in the game, which i believe is 0.1%
So unless you spend 24/7 for years, you will never see any of them…
I also know this for a fact, i have played the map for about a year now and i have yet to see a “secret item” unless it was bugged or given to me…
But recently, about 4 months ago or so, well, before this you could trade the donor items with other players, but he have now disabled this and its not longer possible.
And from what i have found out from other players.
IF you dont donate to him, he will not even listen to what you have to say regarding anything, just like a bug, he just says f*** off and kick you from the server.
I also heard bcoz of this donation stuff, he have also quit his job and made himself self sustaining just from these donations…
Well short story short, its just a d*** move when its a “private” made map and just wants to milk every single player into donating on his game and wont even listen unless you donate…
Oh and if you dont have a single donor item, you cant even progress in the game 
you are stuck doing some low lvl stuff forever unless you get some stronger people to carry you
