Tosh lore confliction?

Cannonically, Tosh is alive and well till the end of the End War.
With the option of producing Spectre in the 2nd epilogue mission (forget the name) as evidence.
But, the coop “lore” team state within Nux’s profile that project “Shadow Blades” (Tosh’s project) is destroyed and many Spectres have been killed/hunted or joined Amon’s forces (eventhough there aren’t any Spectre in coop).

Will this affect the possibility of Tosh being a coop cmd or Coop team just want to avoid him for as long as possible ?

Tychus and Zeratul are dead, Nova gets the Griffin after the war with Amon, and you are questioning lore in Coop?

Tychus in co-op is a “what-if” scenario.
So, the whole lore of his team are questionable.

Anyway, yes Tosh is related to project shadowblade.
But i feel that Tosh as a commander can still have Spectres, regardless the project, as long as he has terrazine supply.

Tosh and the spectres followed Raynor into the Void to fighth Amon in the epilogue. They at least weren’t under Amon’s control. My assumption is that most of Amon’s spectres were just ordinary marines that had mild psionics enhanced by massive amounts of terrazine. Amon doesn’t care about the side effects since he’s mind controlling them anyway.

Reconciling it is possible
Its quite possible that Tosh’s project Shadowblade was destroyed/captured/infiltrated by Amon sometime in LoTV. However Tosh, some escaped spectres, and the remnants of the program went underground with Raynor.

You are mixing things. What is destroyed is not PRoject Shadow Blade and his Spectres are killed. What is destroyed is the Spectreprogramm of the Moebiuscorp.
The tried and create there own spectres but well something went horrible wrong and the Moebius spectres went awol.

Project Shadowblade was the first program that created the spectres. It was also the name the spectres took in the first Spectre Rebellion, under Jackson Hauler, which tried to kidnap and force the deposition of Arcturus Mengsk. Tosh was in this but did not lead it. Nova killed Hauler and dismantled Shadowblade in what was going to be the plot of StarCraft: Ghost, but was published in the book StarCraft: Ghost: Spectres.

Tosh’s group that reformed after Hauler’s death just took the name Spectres, but just worked alongside Raynor. Many spectres fell to Moebius though, since terrazine was connected to the Void, but not all.

Even if Co-op wasn’t already not canon, there isn’t a canon conflict here. We see spectres (presumably of Tosh’s crew) fight alongside Raynor in the epilogue. Nux’s bio either is referring to when the Dominion canceled the project or when Nova destroyed the first rebellion.
