You may still create melee game with HotS of WoL mod, but not ranked/unranked. I don’t know whether you can earn this specific achievement in melee game.
I earn most of similar achievements 10 years ago, but only this specific “Infested Terror” says “Unranked or Ranked game”, and all other similar achievement only require Melee game.

Someone may try to Google it tommorow, and will not be able to find the answer, because it was deleted!

You can create custom melee games for both HotS and WoL in Arcade section. As long as you are both players in the lobby, you can receive all relevant achievements.
I have done it recently, so it is confirmed.

I have seen it many times in my life and it is really infuriating, searching for something, find one single link about the matter in some obscure forum, and then the post ends in ‘‘Don’t worry, I solved it’’.
