Title: Not being promoted to Master 3 despite 4620+ MMR

I’ve been above 4620 MMR for several games now, but I’m not being promoted to Master 3. The league requirements show as “0” in all categories, and the only time it shows “4600+” is when I drop below it. I’ve played multiple games above the required MMR.
Is this a known bug or an issue with the matchmaking system?

leave league then do the placement match again, try that.
