Three New Co-op Commanders - By Popular Demand

I was thinking of three new Co-op Commanders, likely only gonna be added by popular demand and more probably by patreon kickstarter. Each of them are of a different faction, 1 terran, 1 zerg, and 1 protoss.

Ariel Hanson: having established Haven colony as an independent, now they face the growing threat of Amon. Ariel now realized that if she and the colonists don’t act, it’s only a matter of time before they are consumed by the darkness. As they’re not fully accustomed to war, they must adapt and find ways to help their allies in the growing conflict.
Leader of Haven Colony
Recommended for experienced players.

Control a mixed force with many units specialized in buffing their allies

Example Units: Marine, Predator, Medivac, Spectre, Warhound, Raven.

Kagg: the lost cerebrate. Once master of Surtur brood, now he has psionically severed itself from the rest of the cerebrates since the overmind’s death, all of whom were likely exterminated or died off. He has taken refuge in a Xel’naga temple and the now small brood it controls is enhanced by those energies. Now a storm is approaching; the coming of Amon has awakened him and the brood.
Cerebrate of the Xel’naga
Recommended for experienced players.
Unleash Xel’naga powers to enhance allies and debilitate enemies.
Command a force of zerg augmented by Xel’naga powers.

Example Units: Progenitor Zergling, Xel’Naga Queen, Celestial Defiler, Dark Roach, Xel’Naga Omegalisk, Chaos Hydralisk

Selendis:
Executor and veteran of the brood wars, she commanders her forces to battle Amon’s hybrid armies.
Recommended for experienced players.
Call down a powerful carrier, the Gantrithor IV.
Command a protoss force with a mix of offensive and support abilities.

Izsha would make more sense than a made up character to be a Commander.

I’d be happy to play any new content that is to be released. Bring it to papa.

To me, Ariel sound more like a potential antagonist in a probably never-existent sequel, than an actual character worth to be a commander, and if she really has to contend for this position, she would not be among my first choices (just now I’m thinking of Tosh, but probably many other possibilities would be better by default too).

Kagg, well, why not? Would that be a Zeratul-like Zerg or what? I’m not really sure.

Somehow you forgot to include a protoss commander despite clearly mentioning 3 commanders and saying 1 for each race. it got better

A Kickstarter for an already established IP/gamemode, for one of the wealthiest game publishers out there, with all trouble they’re getting into right now…

Anyways, outside of that I’d love if they released some more content.

If they get hit like they should (but when is that ever going to happen lolz), they gonna need all the kick starter they can get hahahaha.

I can already imagine the huge slimy piece of meat that is the cerebrate running and blinking around looking for artefacts.

Added Selendis as the Protoss commander.

I would have personally liked Rohana as a Commander with units from each Protoss Faction.

Is there a “patch” or mod that allow us to play custom commanders?

I’d like to have Tosh with Spectre Army, Selendis with Golden Fleet and Overmind with defilers (Also, Zerg is the only race that don’t have “deceased” character as commanders so why not?)

Second this. As for Selendis, whatever we get will be superior to her waste of character in LotV.

one can only hope. I feel that they could have added a couple more commanders and straighten out the prestiges before dropping it.

I wonder how we could classify Kerrigan P3 regarding that?

Ehhhh I guess “reverted”? Seriously since when did Co-op is strictly consistent with the main story line?

In my humble opinion, Ariel is a bad choice. Selendis is good. No opinion on “Kagg”. If were up to me, we would get 3 old school commanders: Duke/Gerard, Overmind/Zasz, and Tassadar. However, Im not the one paying/programming :unamused:

remember guys it was already confirmed coop is non-canon.
