I will be quitting if they move forward with the 8 worker change, there are tons of people including many GMs who say the same. Tons of content creators hate it, Wardii the backbone of tournaments and the community says he will quit too.
8 worker start is proving more and more that it makes the game slower, adds little to no diversity outside of the initial chaos, and it will only drive players who can’t be bothered to learn new builds away.
It is just not worth it. If this goes direct to live without a ton of iteration and reversions, I can promise you the already dwindling 1v1 player base will be cut by at least 1/3.
