This is not going to be what you think. When I say Protoss is what is broken. I mean it is horribly designed. Ok PvT is heavily toss favored thats fine. After Playing the match up Terrans have a chance to win. If they do not let toss build up and constantly and I mean constanly scout for proxie play and dont throw away your units. efficiency is extremely important. terran losing a single unit to toss can be game ending. Protect your units terran players until you can get your eco up.

PvP I actually am doing pretty good in the match up. Similar to how I am doing well in ZvZ and TvT. When all things are even I tend to do well. if this was a symertically balanced game I would probably be a GM. but I get it to many people dont want to play that type of game.

PvZ. If you think PvT is broken. PvZ needs a overhaul. You can litterily lose to a muta rush. I mean how do you defend this. If you do not proxy every single game you lose. Honestly how do you beat zerg air as toss. without making proxy voids in their face. in TvZ ling/bane is ling bane. annoying/can be OP but you can counter them. In PvZ ling/bane is OP. In TvZ since lings is bs but whatever. Ling bane can beat stalker/zealot straight up. and they remax a lot quicker.

Lurkers. how do protoss beat lurkers collusus. Can you get enough of them out just saying…

Can we nerf ling/bane. As a terran player I say nerf it. As a toss player I say nerf it. This has to be the one thing terran/toss players agree on. I mean really. Ling/bane should not be this strong. I understand how terran feel with warp play. And I know how toss feel defending muta play. BROKEN.

Ive been proxie or nothing and I agree that I suck with toss. But this is my early observation. its either proxie or nothing. Proxie play is broken in PvT but its that or nothing and not strong enough in PvZ. 6 lings beating a immortal. Mass queens beating stargate.

Can we nerf Queens. I mean really

As a terran player and in the grey about switching to toss full time. I think all of my efforts should be towards zerg. The same issue I have against zerg that I over come with terran is prohibitive in PvZ. Lets bring zerg down to earth and maybe we can nerf protoss proxie play that makes PvT broken from terran point of view.

Until you play with all races you will no understand how broken this game really is. Most of us stick to one race. but you need a broaker point of view to understan what balance is. Its not about what league you are in or what aligulac says or what is happening at the pro level. Play with all the races. get this understanding.

This game is broken. I feel like the released a version of cyber punk 2077 before 2077

I play every race, every race is different with different strenghts and different approaches, you can’t play Z with a T approach, you can’t play P with a terran approach…

Proxy is strong as long as the enemy does not know its existence, that’s why it’s good in ladder.

Scouting, and getting SB and stalkers, all you have to do is defend while you tech into archons.That or stargate+phoenix and counterattack with mass chargelot+phoenix and maybe a couple of archons.
Proxy against Z is usually really bad except cannon rush.Against air, you need good macro and map awareness, get ready to defend any attempt to probe harass and multiprong attack with lings or banes, be passive and build your army because you need good numbers in your army you can’t go outside without enough troops.

Ling bane is stopped by splitting,forcefields, splash damage, archon, collo, storm, and air units.

Collos are a niche unit, bad against lurkers, you need disruptors for them or many inmos+archon+chargelot with good surrounds and maybe a couple of storms.

Why is everything considered whine. I get it, I wont say it here becuase Ill get banned but i get it.

I get how to beat this things, it was more of a rhetorical question than anything. However, PvZ needs to be redesigned. no way should I have to stay at home and defend until death ball. its actually taxing. It is absurd how this match up plays out

I also het why Protoss apm is like 5. You are just sitting there waiting for death ball then attack and gg. Well if you are not playing proxie play which I do every single time because why not.

So what you are really saying is that you are so bad at the game you are unable to execute the proper counter play to any strategy? That is what it sounds like.

you should just change it to “Game is broken.” Protoss isn’t necessarily broken but just the entire game needs a top down change from the interface to replays, to ladder balance, units, heck even co-op and campaign have some things that need fixing. oh and F2P accounts are absolute cancer. Don’t know if we can ever get this game back to the glory it once had.

Right now is pretty ok, with the queen nerf and the spreading creep nerf. Zerg now has to take some fights off creep.
