The version of StarCraft II required to play this game is not available

Replays on patch 4.12.0.79998 are unplayable. Older replays still appear to load the appropriate version and play, but not the most recent patch.

Can also confirm, happening to me as well when trying to watch replays of games played prior to version 4.12.1.80188

I am getting this as well. When trying to open replays from the last patch Version: 4.12.0.79998, I receive a message: “The version of StarCraft II required to play this game is not available.” I am able to run replays from all other patches back to 4.0.1.59729 though.

Experiencing the same as the OP.

Same problem here, this is preventing me from watching the recent Stay at HomeStory Cup #2 tournament. Super lame move on Blizz but I don’t expect them to fix it since only a minority of people even watch replays ingame. The fact this wasn’t picked up in automated QA testing should be embarrassing.

Still happening to me :frowning:

Still a valid error/problem. Will someone fix this, pls? I’m sure there are a lot of people watching replays in-game… how otherwise could you watch them?!
