The levels of the commander do not increase in any way

I recently bought the Abbatur commander and played it up to level 12, yesterday I returned to the game and after the mission, the game says in the joint mission report that the commander is level 1, but in fact he remains at level 12, but the main problem is that the commander stopped gaining experience altogether. What can be done in this case? (I’ve already tried to reset the game settings and reinstall the game)

They are aware of this. The bug started around the time the day changed in my local time zone. I assume it happened to you when the day changed for your local time zone

I just had the wrong time zone set. Although I doubt it, but maybe it had something to do with it?

I think it happened when the day changed. Usually, most bugs of this nature also happen on weekends as well. Sus.

Same here.
Ive got 18 commanders (all), all purchased, 17 of 18 are one TOP level (lvl 15, +3x prestige).

Now I bought Minsk. And he is still on LVL 5.
When I end a mission, I can see a progressbar is filling to LVL1 and LVL2, but none can be seen on selection and Minsk is still on LVL 5, not even one XP was added.

tldr, coop commander can not progress on leveling (no XP are added).

Same for me all xp of my commanders are freez it’s like if there is no synch with blibli servers, i played many games in coop after the game i have the correct summury of xp earned during the game but on the main screen in facrt nothing happend.

same here i thought it was a server issue so i tried changing back and forth from the american and european servers but nothing changed

My commanders also don’t get experience, their level is frozen.

I also have the same problem. My Nova character is stuck on lvl 7 =(
I’m on Europe servers.

I tried to write to Blizzard support, so far no answer

As a last resort, I will try to return the commander and buy him again or do something similar if it works out

I opened a ticket to Blizzard with explaining what exactly is going on but in response they said everything is ok and is problem on our side XDD I think only bots working there.
