Ehm… ravens can be feedbacked. Tempests are a thing. There should be always some ground army (Archons PvZ; Stalkers PvT) against BCs. I dont think Carriers are too weak there.
And yes, spore forests can be cleared but its hard work and zerg can rebuild very fast corrupt/Hydra/Infest/viper army. Protoss cannot do the same

I have a simple counter proposal that satisfies your desire to make Carriers more APM heavy, without breaking the carriers usage and purpose and without taxing the attention of the Protoss.
- If commanded to attack move, Interceptors will attack units individually, spreading their DPS across different units.
- Interceptors from the same Carrier will not attack the same unit, unless the carrier is given a direct command to attack a specific target; only then shall all the interceptors from the same carrier, attack the same target.
This makes the carrier require a bit more APM, but not much, just requires an additional target fire specification.

I think the best buff for carriers is an overcharge ability, it becomes super tanky and builds interceptors super fast after activating BUt its AUTOMATICALLY destroyed after 5 to 8 secs? Whatever is d duration to kill the viper that abducted it, for abduct counter
This is a good suggestion. I was also thinking about this. BUT this not make Carriers better in any sence. This is example of “Make Carriers cost APM”, but I want “Make Carriers better if microed better”. I know carrierrs would be better when microed but it is not bonus for today Carrier. It would be viable most of the time but not in large engagements. This would be OP there I guess. “Think about 80 marines shooting this one Carrier which applies its super tanky ability”
I really think this is good suggestion but Im afraid of those Big clashes. Very nice try. Lot of people like to add self-destruct with huge dmg and detonation zone but super tanky ability would be great. It do not make Carrier damage higher but it cannot die and deal the small amount of damage it can.
(In addition to your suggestion I would like Carriers to not waste minerals while making interceptors when this ability is casted)

I don’t know if carriers are the right lever to push to fix PvZ, BTW your changes are basically a nerf, a way to introduce hardship leaving the mechanics of the match up the same.
You don’t need to make carriers harder, you need to give them higher ceiling.
My proposal (very similar to that of another user) is to make ceptors anti light units (so that their dmg is lowered against other targets) and adding heavy ceptors, which would be used like you suggest. Carriers this way would have two targets, but they would do less damage if there is not efficient micro to back the targetting system.
BTW I would act on other units to heighten protoss late skill ceiling (dark archon?)

Imagine if carriers had a similar ability to yamato cannon. People would FREAK out. There’s really nothing much you can do except buff carriers so that they can actually fight mass marine at least.
