A few days ago, Yuri posted a bunch of URL for several valuable resources for coop players. I am just creating this post to test if a link can be created, the pages explaining these aren’t super clear.

I don’t even think it’s 20 topics as I know I haven’t made 20 topics here or even across the other forums. The rules are not consistent or predictable it seems so far. Check my topic count.
You’re right, I edited. When I checked I had level 1, only made one topic where the info I read was to make 5 to get to lvl 1.

I’m apparently at level 1 despite having created 0 topics; all posts are replies.
It could be that you simply need to click on 5 unique threads which takes only a matter of seconds to do, as absurdly simple as it may sound. If that is the case, I should be at level 2 in about 9 days.
If I could get my old post counter back, my trust level would be higher.
to get trust level 2 one of the criteria is " * Visiting at least 15 days, not sequentially", the new forums aren’t even out for 15 days yet, right?
The new forums do look great. Bit odd with these trust levels, but I guess a necessary evil to combat the level of spam links posted otherwise.
Guess they cant check that you own the game anymore as a barrier to entry, now that its F2P.
Seems odd it cant take into account previous post counts etc though from the old site.
Some you can hyperlink while others you can’t.
Seems Bnet forum topics can be done but external sites are off limit until T2. Meanwhile, you can link YouTube video:

Trusted sites like anything Blizzard, Youtube and Twitch can have embedded links:
Copy and paste the video URL and it should pop up in the preview panel.

I guess its a good measure against spam bots…
Even though if somebody owns games and has achievements / game history… unlikely to be a bot

Yeah the trust level has been bugged since ever. Some get a level 3 without having to do anything while others need to go over and beyond the requirement.
It doesn’t even show and frankly doesn’t really matter. For normal posting, everyone will be just fine. It’s the posting pictures, external hyperlinks, etc. that you need the trust level to be higher.
