The latest tournament had FIVE Terran players in the RO8.
Last time something like this happened but with Protoss having 5 players in the RO8, in the GSL Code S season 2 of last year. A ridiculous balance patch that triple nerfed Protoss and buffed stim and EMP happened right after. Just sayin’

I’m just saying… historically 5 players of the same race in RO8 of a premier tournament is something that was never accepted by the balance team, ever… for non-Terran races at least.
I don’t think Terran is too strong, but saying Terran is lagging in these circumstances is 100%, without a doubt, absolutely disgusting and dishonest.
You know what’s the problem with Terran? They can’t collect their paychecks all inning anymore.
Seriously, think about it, the lasts 4 patches (or more), everything Terran got was buffs asside from nerf to the proxy plays and they are still not satisfied. There must be a correlation in there somewhere…

To be fair its rather about protoss. Neither the community nor the balance Team would let protoss domination happening.
They received numerous red Flags about zerg imbalance in 2019 which resulted eventually in a 5/8 blizzcon (biggest tournament BY FAR). Only then they decided to fix it. But they nerfed protoss right after ONE rather little meaningless gsl st because protoss chose to cheese rather than go for very unfavorable mid or lategame. I cant stress the difference enough.
Blizzard is ok with zerg or Terran dominating and so is the community. If protoss is on the edge of dominating hell breaks loose because of dem lasers.

Looks like the mechanically easiest race that is constantly getting buffed has made Terran pros complacent or something. Too much a-moving thors, move clicking BCs, set and forget, rapid fire snipe has led to skill atrophy perhaps.
Terran needs to be made harder to force Terran pros to rely on skill and ingenuity to win. Maybe then they can catch up to Zerg pros’ skill, and capacity to improve and adapt

Zerg JUST got heavily nerfed and here you are complaining about a dip in the TvZ winrate.

Statisically, Terran players in general are lower skill players
Low skill terran boys just need to GIT GUD and L2P

TCF did the same thing last year, after ghosts got enhanced shockwaves and chargelots lost charge damage. They started whining about Protoss being OP, Trap eliminating maru in the Code S, PvT winrate started climbing, etc, right after the massive buff for terran and nerf for protoss in TvP
