Imagine the scenario (that more less happens in some ways), late tvz or tvp, where both players lost their armies in a battle, most of their structures were not destroyed, and they remain with 0 minerals 0 gas and one drone, one scv and one probe. The question, who will rebuild faster their army? when terran has 2 command center with more less energy to get mules ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Obvious terran will win just because will be able to rebuild faster. This is an example of all the design flaws the game has, and terran is the easiest race and imbalance.

Those are extremely rare scenarios that have little to do with the balance. One can’t balance the game taking aim to “fix” those things.

YES IT IS ! why because each barack come with a basic 150 Minerals . ad an reactor is 50 mins and 50 gas techlab was 50|25? and thats for each barack and factory and starport cost 150 and 100 gas and ad for each 50|50 and 50|50 . Its like building as zerg 6 macro hatches and more into your main natual or third.

Sure thing I would love to build only the tech struke like zerg to build any units reagardles from tier cost tech and remax withhin 60seconds a whole army but with only one building and you can build there youre workers godlile early mid and late defending unit . And dont have to invest like 2000 resources for tech produktion adiotional produktion and research for they units and the addons to get higher tier units or more units at the same time.

Toss : Cyber core twiligh archive shrine + warpgate research and warp prism . Now we add 16 Warpgates and we got 16 strong units and we can use them where ever we pleased or replace some units in the army .
K you can warp one million man but dont forget sneaky mine borrow + raven debuff armor+ hellbat+maradure doesnt look beast that million man huh?

Adept light tag armor hellbat should ez kill that concussive shell shot+step by maradure? Toss not gonna do 10 sentry too dizarm 10 mine in random place
1: Adepts are light tag and Hellbats are light aswell. And adept got more single target damage. + Adepts and Marauders should never end up in 1v1 situation and if toss dosent need to care because the terran needs to micro that marauder.
2: One Sentry Halluce 2 Zealots or 4 Workers. But why should dont pull out your workers?

Blue flame still get killed if adepts get their glaves aswell and like i said one sentry =4 haluce workers or pull out you need atleast 3 sentrys to lose nothing but mining time and energy.
