I wonder if there was a change making drop ship micro easier.
I command to load in my whole army. Few siege tanks are out of range. I move command my drop ships in the tanks direction. Now the tanks get loaded which means the load command was still active. Has it been that way ever since or is it a p3 Feature?
Do you mean you right-clicked while having the dropship selected?
If yes then it is indeed a feature.

A very annoying feature when you try to set the rally point of a nydus worm to Kerrigan, to see her moving to get in the worm instead X_X
But for moving transports, it makes sense.
yes, i mean right click. in my memory an command got automatically cancled, when its not executeable. siege tank not in range = move command gets cancled.
but now the move command (aka load in dropship) gets executed as soon as its possible. i like that
