Support the efforts for a new ladder map pool!

This is the quote that annoys me. I’m defending my own words - not Reddit. I just want you to clear your misunderstanding, that’s all

Whatever you say, I guess. Reddit is absolute garbage and you shouldn’t flame people for calling a turd a turd.

Sure. Like I said, I don’t use it so I don’t know if it’s good or not. I’m guessing the confusion stemmed from here:

in my response to BadHabits. It seemed like he has some underlying reason for hating the place, so I said this:

In any case, if it’s bad, it’s bad. What I do know for certain is that it’s popular and gets a lot of people’s attention. That’s why I said what I initially said:

And from OP’s main post, he links a Reddit post, so that’s why what I initially said is relevant.

And let’s face it - this place is a lesser known dumpster fire as well. If OP didn’t get Blizzard’s attention on Reddit, they certainly won’t get it through the forums. Can we at least agree on that?

You could probably talk to the CEO of Blizzard about SC2 maps and they’d act like you’re not even there.

Time to type something useful in this topic :stuck_out_tongue: .

Currently Wardi & Take TV are hosting a tournament played on new maps, coming from the map creating contest. These will be proposed to Liquid together with the maps dating from the previous map creating contest.

In the coming month/ 2 months there will be a change in the mappool ( probably november). Wardi mentioned this on his stream. More information of who won the contest and how they look like can be found here:

h ttps://ko-fi.com/communitymappingcontest

There is also an option to support more of these contests.

The tournament will conclude tomorrow around 18.00 GMT till end, so if you want a preview of which maps might make it in the next update, you might to want to tune in.

Kind regards,

NaughtyElf
