One fine day I woke up and I was unable to access the Heart of the Swarm champaign. I’ve raised a ticket and Blizzard Game Masters replied that this is a known issue and it’s handled by developers at the moment. Anyone experienced this? Any other ways to rectify?
I have bought the Deluxe Edition couple weeks ago and had everything unlocked. A couple days ago all of a sudden I do not have access to anything anymore. Made a support ticket and they tell me to report it here. 0/10 Support service BNet!!!
