I have now tried several times in Planetfall to achieve the success of destroying all terran buildings before all bile slingers land at the bottom (5). I did it 3 times before the last slingshot landed and again did not get the achievement. I told Blizzard 2 years ago that there was a problem, but nothing has been done yet.

This is a common report. However, each time I’ve seen it reported, I’ve tested it and it works fine, so it’s likely that you’re missing some buildings.
For example, it worked in June 32
There are two missile turrets on high ground in the SE corner of the map that aren’t revealed if there aren’t any flying units around to spot them.
No changes have been made to the mission files since 2020 so there isn’t anything that changed that could cause it to fail.
I’ll test it it again to day.
I know the 2 towers and both were seen by Zerglings who can jump over cliffs and could therefore be destroyed. Since I still have a little time after all the buildings have been destroyed, I looked twice and didn’t find any more buildings. I also looked on Youtube to see if there were any buildings I hadn’t seen and there aren’t any. Could it be that you shouldn’t start it from the archive but rather play the campaign quickly until then? I really can’t explain it any other way. Because I should have completed this achievement 7 times already.
When I test it, I’ll do it through the archives. It’ll take a bit of time to play all the way through to Planetfall (mixed in with the rest of my day).
I’ll try it with the campaign. it’s quite easy to set it to moderate until this mission and then to hard. can then let me know if it works. I’m also going to install OBS and then record a video. So you can then feel it directly. (:
I tested it again with the archive and it didn’t work. I already wrote before that I am in the MOderat. Just completed the mission and played on hard and lo and behold, only then did the success work. (:
I did the mission through the archives today and I got the Crash the Party achievement on the first try (similarly to other times I’ve tested it). So it does appear to be working.
I know there’s one Missile Turret that is especially hard to see.
Yeah. There’s two high ground turrets in the lower right of the map.
Yep. It’s been a while but I think it’s the one with the partially destroyed bridge over it that I kept missing due to the camera angle back in the day.
