Stuck at level 5

My commander went from level 97 to level 5.

It says I have to purchase the game to level higher than 5 but I do own Wings of Liberty.

My commander level shows as 97 when I go to profiles but does not show correctly to play the game. I waited couple of days already and the problem still persists.

I do have unlock 1 of the commander traits so the game acknowledges I have been high level.

I understand there is plenty of posts about this but the “support page” gave me this as my only choice to find support. I can’t open a ticket.

same problem here. Been like that since yesterday, i had artanis at level 14 trying to reach the top of the upgrades but now i cannot go past level 5.

Same issue here. I am stuck at level 5 for a few days. Can anyone help fix it?

I have the same problem. This also happened to me a year ago and now it has happened again. Not happy that the same problem is arising again and for many players.

@Blizzard, you need to do better at permanently solving these issues.
