what are you computer specs and internet speed, you should be able to stream with a a card as old as a 660 or 760, basic streaming is around 5mb. For OBS go download the program tho I guess if you want something easier to work with try streamlabs. https:// streamlabs .com/
As for map making thats part of the SC2 editor which I think comes with the free game.
