Straight up, these guys are just taking advantage of esports/streaming being new enough that there’s no laws in place to keep their dirty tricks/fraud/cons in check. These guys do what they want. Say what they want. Steal whatever they want, and if you got any gripes with it – “just relax bro. It’s just for show. Don’t worry, it pays well. Oh, that’s right… being the floormat in my show doesn’t pay. Haha, sucka.”

Once these guys gain knowledge that they either didn’t know or pretended to lack, they still choose to play dumb – just letting you know how set on defrauding people they are. There is no counter balance in regards to streamers. It’s just a bunch of fan boys eating up w/e they say, and a bunch of people trying to get in their good graces so they can get a host from them or an acknowledgement from someone “good/popular” or w/e.

Really, 8 billion people and not a single person is going to take an objective side? What, afraid you’re going to get banned in a channel in a dead game? Who cares…

I’ve grown quite a distaste for nerds… and everyone needs a villain, but my god… am I crazy or did you guys watch one too many fantasy movies and get sucked into lala land?

For instance, last night I’m playing against Vibe. I skim the vod, afterwards, because you never know what kinda crazy stuff that will be said or simply how their thought processes are working vs w/e you’re doing.

Mind you. I don’t say anything. Had guy blocked. Wasn’t trying to converse. I see in the stream, though, he’s specifically is like man SocialSend, if you watching this I want you to make sure you know how brainless your play is and how bad it is, etc, etc, etc.

He’s saying stuff that forces a guy to respond, you know? Trying to make sure there’s some ongoing beef content or something… I’m just like, last time I heard someone calling my play dumb and brainless, it’s when I was top GM and doing the “maxpax” every game, 5+ years ago. Ofc it’s genius/smart when the chosen one’s are believed to have come up with it, though.

So, it’s like w/e. I figure it’s done. Ignoramus got his response, so w/e. This lil entertainer can think w/e he wants. SC 2 isn’t high on my priority list man.

But, then… an hour or so later, I tune in and catch him playing the same exact way I’ve played vs him for years in P vs Z, and he’s talking about how it’s so awesome and meta breaking. He just loves it. It’s really good… Only difference? He’s getting warpgate at start of game for no reason, despite no gateways… and he’s overexpanding and thus dying. That’s what smart play is though, I guess.

I just don’t understand how there can be no recourse. Like this is just supposed to be funny, day in and day out for years. It takes two to tango… this is a 1 vs 1… you’d think these guys would have an ounce of respect/awareness that they’re taking advantage of the scene/community and be grateful. All they do is insult and steal from a helping hand in feeding them.

Anyone can check my youtube vods, dating years ago… same p vs z build every game. Now it’s hot/fresh, though. Only person on NA doing that strat to him… me… Even done a break down on how to beat it. Hour + long stuff. His how to beat sky toss class or w/e, yet still ignorant, huh.

This is what these guys do. They just jack w/e looks interesting. Non streamers all play standard stuff. These guys are just on some WWE trying to put on a show stuff. You could have created everything in this world, but if you’re not apart of the streamer circle and can’t help them gain more cred/viewers/followers… they gotta pretend they don’t where anything originated from.

How long do you think a streamer could go, of someone else taking all of his sub money/ad money before throwing a fit. Brah… it’s just a show. It’s just for funsies, though… These guys are a bunch of punks because everyone enables it.

The prior time I played vibe or one of them… I said mass carriers and dts lol. That’s it. And tune in and he’s just going crazy about how that was so bm and yada, yada. I didn’t even having feelings. I’m more just thinking… I really let a guy get that much gas that he can make such a ridic comp? Man…

W/e happens has to be spun into something “interesting.” He said as much. I’m just tired of a dead scene that’s refuses to keep anything real. If it’s not fake, it’s not SC 2. “Toss is favored vs Zerg in the late game.” From top down, it’s all a bunch of crazy lies.

And people like to talk about “I was such and such level. I could do it again! I just… don’t care now.” Truth is… for 99% of people, that’s luck, especially the newer the game is. If Huk came back, he’d need a new expansion to do all-ins and not give people enough time to figure them out. Vibe? Passive style with Zerg. The most OP comp ever… suited him well. It’s just luck + talent. The stars have to align or it’s not happening. What’s optimal has to fit your personality/style as few can adapt or want to adapt to “cannon rushing every game” if that’s what is called for.

Long, random rant or not… someone has to provide one freaking ounce of truth in this scene for this world to not be 100% made up craziness. There’s good and bad with anyone/everything, but my god… streamers aren’t gods, unless we’re talking playing make believe.

P.S if a guy says one thing that you construe as BM and then you go on a rant of 500 things that are undeniably BM… what are you even talking about? Yourself? It’s just ridiculous. It’s just like… if I’m “x,” then maybe we should be best friends, given you’re clearly cut from the same cloth… It’s senseless.

I thought there was going to be some actual problematic behavior here for a bit, but no, its just Playa being salty that people dont bow down before him in the streets like usual.

You know who wants people to bow before them? Streamers. A bunch of people trying to one up each other, be it via lying, viewbotting or whatever.

Who plays this game more than, say, Vibe? Who is playing 10 hours a day? These guys have so many excuses. What this guy did is the epitome of stupidity. Clowning on a guy for his build, after losing, and then doing what he does vs you. When I saw it, I thought it was a joke. Oh, okay, guy is just making fun of what I do cause he thinks it’s easy. Nope… just typical ditzy behavior.

If I don’t care about people/value them… I don’t want their friendship or w/e. Just stop lying. Like this is ridiculous. These guys are pure scums who just play it off with it’s just fun. We’re all just hanging out having a good time… whispers at your expense. Haha.

I’m tired of having to play the epitome of hypocrisy and stupidity and just having to laugh it off. Nothing is funny. Not a single funny thing has transpired. These guys have a monopoly, yet… they’re still afraid to say a single factual thing about anyone “not in the circle jerk club,” as it might hurt their position or something. Ask them. Ask the clowns.

Imagine every time you play someone, you’re not supposed to take anything they say seriously. Then what am I supposed to respond to. Does he mean the opposite of what he always says? It’s pure stupid. Meanwhile, all their fan boys just eat it up. Oh boy, look what’ Vibe is cooking. It’s the vibu style. You know it’s just Idiocracy.

You know dang well these clowns are going to be using my P vs P opening years from now, if not now, and acting like it’s the most awesome thing ever… while still hating on all my builds. It’s like they seriously let these people live? Figured they’d be locked up in a cage or something, at least. Jesus. That’s a show I’d like to see.

People get on stream and try to act like “Playa experts,” and then can’t even tell you what race he plays. It’s a joke. Go on the pylon show calling me parting. You guys are fans of these people. Sad man.

I hate to bring it up, but this epitomizes how far gone the scene is. The mental coach and “greatest mental guru” in the scene is a guy with 9 different personalities, who talks to himself with 9 different names man. Not a single person bats and eye or says… wait a minute… should our greatest mental coach be someone who has a mental condition/diagnosis?

These guys copy me and they’re heros. These guys play any character in the world, have 100 names and just out there in lala land and “that’s how it’s supposed to be.” That’s normal. That’s genius man. Me? Nah brah… you want that attention dawg. Yeah man, I see you craving that stuff. Trying to befriend everyone. Totally not a loner that hates me!

What’s wrong with you guys? I don’t even know if it’s right or wrong, but man you guys don’t even question mental patients. That’s the norm dawg… mind bending man.

Edit: the only good stream note. Back in the day… had this stop being a lil punk rant with upatreezelda. Since then, no issues. A miracle. Gotta be 99% punk to stream, apparently.

What’s wrong with us is that we have a lot more people harassing us than you ever will.

This creates a personality that you may not like.

Do it yourself. Stream with 200+ viewers and believe me your attitude will change.

Actually, years ago some streamer got banned because they accused a player that they played against as a maphacker. What they did was to encourage their viewers to add friend said player (you didn’t need the person to accept to see their activity) and to ddos said player via pm spam when ever they’re in a match. This was before you can auto mute non friends.

And as always, said streamer was defended because said victim was unpopular.

Can’t remember who, but if I were to just randomly pull out names on whom I think it happened to, I’d guess it was either Avilo or Destiny.

No one is harassing anyone. You can block people = No messages

Losing to 4k+ players is not harassment, it’s called losing when the other team is the winner. You average 9-14 viewers using twitchspec, rest are bots. So next time you say 200+, make sure you only count real viewers idiot. You are bad at starcraft and that’s why you dodge tournaments and everyone who is Diamond q or higher in 1v1. You are bad and ugly, deal with it. Not everyone is born the same or has a good life like most of us. Just keep living in fear of being homeless and getting banned for racism over and over. 40 years old and has no social skills or work ethic. RIP your future in which you are living in currently.

I’m talking about everyone in the scene. I don’t know you, so I’m curious about your 200 viewer experience. All of these guys are such giant sellouts. It’s like man, I know a guy needs to get by, but do you need to sell your soul for the extra penny? It’s just a personality thing. There’s a certain type of narcissist that pursues streaming, in the first place.

The type of guy who will be streaming during a big tournament, cause yeah… I think I’m a better watch and I don’t mind making people choose. Sometimes I just wonder if you have to be a pathological liar or something of that effect to be a big streamer.

I even like the biggest streamer, Winter. He’s the most professional guy ever. If you had a bad experience playing him, you’re lying. But, people say he view botted. Who else is at that level but probably more? Lowko. Lied, lied, lied about being GM. Fake it till you make it. Had people telling me he was top 30 GM while he was stuck in Masters 3. Swear to god. All cause of propaganda.

Jimrising has pictures his friend leaked talking about viewbotting. These guys will go out there and make bucks off your strats and do all these shows, and then once you’re finally like alright punks… here’s where it actually came from… no one will say a word, cause they’re not right in the head.

There has to be something in you that lives to take adv of gullible people to be successful at what they do. They eat gullible people alive and will do anything to “increase their brand,” even if it’s s talking you for 25 minutes, and then turning around and using your style and talking about how awesome it is, in a non sarcastic, non onion way. Just another day at the office.

Say some lies. Say some stuff that is completely false. Who cares, got some subs and donos. It’s sad man.

In my eyes, there’s going to be a day where games force you to opt in or out of playing vs streamers. I’m trying play a ladder game and I walk into WWE. Getting a chair upside the head and my pockets emptied and for what? What do they do for the game? BW was fine forever without any streams. No one even watches this game.

Most overrated punks ever. They got this strangle hold on adulation. They’re like cable news bro. They control the news. It’s just a constant pat each other on the back and hate on anyone that isn’t in the lil news clique. Hate playing these guys. Stuff was so old so many years ago. What would an honest bone cost them? A sub?

You see all the guys defending maplez, the most reported/suspected guy for hacking in GM these days. You wanna know why? Cause he subs to them every month. I kid you not. It’s crazy. “That’s their boy.” Give me a break. Sleezy people pandering to god knows who.

I feel like I’m reading the onion when I play these guys. I can’t believe it. It’s like what is going on?

I try to keep it as 100 as I can. I just never learned how to watch/like Starcraft. I hadn’t even watched Rotterdamn, for instance, until someone was harassing me for “using his build.” I just don’t care about these guys and when people don’t play like you, it’s like there’s nothing to really learn/relevant.

My dude was minigun. I liked that guy and he did play somewhat similar. Really macro focused. Smart and witty guy. Hope he is doing well. It’s a real shame what LotV did to him. That guy doesn’t get the respect he deserves for owning HotS ladder. I don’t care if it was “just ladder.” Guy was a legend. Got knocked out of GM for bonus pool, while being 300 points or w/e ahead of second place.

I find Naniwa funny. But, everyone hates him, cause I guess there needs to be an exception. I dunno, maybe he does deserve it, but he’s still probably the funniest Toss streamer. And I like watching Puck micro. Outside of that, I don’t watch anything. Maybe watch Avilo call people hackers back in the day.

dude ive been stremaing for 10 years.

I did a mass unban about 3 years ago, and over 20,000 twitch accounts were unbanned from the channel.

trust me, we deal with a lot of BS. and it creates a backlash and attitude over the years.

for me, I don’t really rage or get upset the way I used to but that’s just because i’m used to it, and have figured out a way to negate the trolling altogether.

I can assure you I still to this day get death threats and many other things because as a public figure that’s how it works.

i don’t think you’re wrong about the things we say on stream, they should be held accountable.

i’ve been banned twice for things i’ve said on twitch, so we are being held accountable. but until they release something in the TOS that says we cant talk about out opposition it’ll be there.

Do you think SC 2 streamers tend to get real death threats, though? I figure if anyone gave them, I’m probably the only guy, if so. These guys really get on my nerves man. Sometimes I feel like they need to feel fear just to get a grip.

It’s so frustrating when a guy has a big audience and you’re a “ladder chump.” They can say anything and that just becomes the narrative. Dude can just do the build I always do to him and call it vibe style and go on shows talking about and and I’d just have to live with that… They speak w/e they want into existence and that’s a pretty big power to wield and they abuse the ever living you know what out of it.

Like you have to tune in cause you know… these guys can just say w/e. They can say you’re a power ranger… and it’s like now you a power ranger dawg. Meanwhile, you can’t say nothing. No one could care less about any facts/truth. When you say truths and try to get a guy to say something real… “you need to chill. It’s just a game. Don’t worry about it.”

It was so nice to play MLB the show 20… where it’s like… there’s nothing that can be said. It’s just baseball…

These guys have the biggest ego. It would be like if you off race p vs p and some guy was like man… “you beat me cause no one does that, cause it isn’t good/optimal, thus tricked me,” and they would be offended by it to the nth degree. It’s like… bro… you’re sub 5k MMR and you’re taking your natural 50 miles away from your main just because someone pylon blocked you…

I’m just raving now. I try so hard to dodge streamers. It ruins the game for me, on the same kinda level that vipers/late game zerg just demoralizes me.

Circling back, why do you think you’d get death threats? You’d think… if someone didn’t like a streamer, they simply wouldn’t watch… I don’t really get how the death threats come to be unless it’s just standard stuff that we’ve all prob gotten.

20,000 accounts is an unholy number. In the brief times I’ve been in chats… I just haven’t seen any negativity. Part of the reason of this thread. I just haven’t seen it. The only time I saw it was someone criticized Neuro’s hair… and maybe something else. The only time I’ve heard public mentions of such things were with Incontrol and I believe I did see those, too. But man… nerds in SC 2 get a lot of leeway. I literally told you a guy was talking to himself with 9 different names and just carrying on conversations with “each other,” and no one dared say anything. It was just… normal as can be. Cool beans stuff.

Well I don’t know about other streamers, but I use a barcode when I stream so that the only reason someone would be in my chat is if they knew it was me, and I can call them a cheater with damn near certainty because i’m using a barcode.

I don’t really know about other streamers, if they are barcoding or not.

As far as the things they say about you, remember that we’re all humans and we don’t like to lose so we’re going to rage in some way shape or form.

It is personal when someone literally steals from you. That’s what it boils down to. All these guys do is try to marginalize non streamers/me, just to build themselves up. If he had to acknowledge I’ve done that strat to him for, I dunno since 2017… he’d have to do something else. It wouldn’t be “cool” anymore.

I feel like anytime someone is lying or being dishonest to you, it’s personal. It’s insulting. I didn’t sign up for this. I’m not some paid actor in a hollywood film. That’s why I think it’s wrong to not be able to opt out of playing “x streamers.” If you just instant leave, that’s just going to grow their ego/MMR, and god knows they don’t need more of that.

I honestly think these “successful ones” are narcissists and w/e else, so to me… it is all personal. It’s not a joke/funny to me. There’s just so much irony, it drives me crazy. How do you cite some trivial BM as some kinda tragedy and then say 2000 BM things in a row, machine gun style and say yeah brah… meant everyone. Hope you saw it and say something about it. That’s more than SC 2. The game needs to become a real life fighting match at that point.

I wish I would have just played meta from day 1. It’s not worth playing these lying punks.

I’ve briefly streamed. Most viewers I had was like 100’ish after a host. I never had a “bad chatter” or had to ban anyone. It was always really chill.

Unfortunately… it seemed like hackers were my fav viewers. There’s something about hackers who “fan boy” people in GM. I dunno if they hack just to befriend people in GM or they’re just blown away that a guy can beat them despite them cheating or they’re trying to figure out if you’re doing what they’re doing. No idea.

I found that really frustrating to realize, afterwards. Not knowing at the time the guys were cheating. Just feel so dirty.

That’s the thing. He didn’t. His hypocrisy and ignorance/lying hurt my brain. What does Vibe know about Toss openers? The guy is trying to take like 5 bases at 6 minute mark and thinks he only lost cause he didn’t defend his natural… He thinks the race has queens…

I couldn’t care less if someone calls me BM. It’s like… yeah… I should be BM. If I’m not BM’ing you, check my pulse, cause god knows you deserve it. My only concern is just how tame I am. I don’t say anything worth repeating/talking about BM wise… These guys try so hard to amplify everything and make news out of nothing. They’re annoying little lying flys. Maggots.

you can’t just stream for a short period of time.

when I first started things were quite friendly. but as time went on and the more of an audience i built there turned out to be quite a few bad apples.

Streamers with any degree of popularity deal with a lot of trolling because people love being trolls on the internet. I’ve gotten death threats for nothing more than beating people in dirt league.

Unless they are incredibly popular they are probably making less than minimum wage and being gouged by twitch which adds nothing but a platform and forcibly injected advertisements.

No one can ‘steal’ your builds, because you don’t ‘own’ them; Blizzard does. Doing it ‘first’ doesn’t mean you popularized it. The unit sets of this game aren’t that vast, anyways.

Streamers are accountable to their viewers and to ToS, not your feelings or perceived slights. They are allowed to trash the play of their anonymous opponents, it’s not personal. If you want to make it personal, step out of the shadows; they probably won’t remember or care. It’s just a show.

Vibe and Neuro are super chill and if you have beef then 99.99% chance the problem is you and not the other way around. Parting is awesome.
