Liquipedia says: Increases the movement speed and firing rate by 50% at the cost of 10 HP for a Marine or 20 HP for a Marauder.
- but as we know, Marrines and Marrauders got only 33% increased attack speed! Movement is correct!! Its a huge bug!!!
Marrines: cooldown 0,61 (-0,203 stimmed) and not -0,30,
Marrauder: cooldown 1,07 (-0,36 stimmed) and not -0,54.
Do you know how big is that? Its 20 vs 14.7 dps for Marrines! For Marauders vs Armored even more.

Let me maths for you. A 33% reduction in attack cool down equals a 50% increase in attack speed.
Lets say your unit attacks every second. Then you get a buff to reduce attack cooldown by 33% making you attack every .66 seconds. I.e. .66 seconds/1attack
Then if you inverse both to make it into attacks per second:
1 second/ 1 attack =1 attack/ 1 second
.66 (2/3) second/ 1 attack = 1.5 (3/2) attacks / 1 second = 1.5 attacks/s
So as you can see, you are attacking 50% more often for a 1/3 reduction in attack cooldown

The only bug here is in your math. I didn’t thought to explain it but however:
0.61 is equal to 1.639 attacks per second
0.61-0.203 = 0.407 with stim which is 2.457 attacks per second
So we have our original number (without stim) which is 1.639 attacks per second and the new number with the stim wich is 2.457 attacks per second.
If you check the percentage increase of the fire rate it would be:
(2.457-1.639)/1.639 ~0.499*100 = 49.9% increase in the fire rate.

Yeah sorry, was too late I didnt read that its not CD reduction but fire rate. My fault
so if I understand it correctly. the bug is fixed
